ASHRAE TC 9.9 refers to the Technical Committee 9.9 on Mission Critical Facilities, Data Centers, Technology Spaces, and Electronic Equipment. ASHRAE stands for the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and it is a global professional association focused on advancing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) technologies.

ANSI/TIA 942, the Telecommunications Infrastructure Standards for Data Centers, is a standard issued by the American National Standards Institute/Telecommunications Industry Association (ANSI/TIA). It governs the design and implementation of telecommunication infrastructure for data centers. This standard provides detailed guidelines to ensure that the telecommunication infrastructure in data centers is designed, built, and operated to the highest standards.

ANSI/BICSI 002 Data Center Design and Implementation Best Practices is a standard developed collaboratively by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International). This standard focuses on providing comprehensive guidelines for the design and implementation of data centers, with an emphasis on best practices to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.

The EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres is a set of guidelines and best practices established by the European Commission to encourage energy efficiency and sustainability in data centers. The aim of this code of conduct is to reduce the environmental impact of data centers and promote the responsible use of energy and resources.

PUIL 2011 stands for “Pedoman Umum Instalasi Listrik” in Bahasa Indonesia, which translates to “General Guidelines for Electrical Installations.” This set of guidelines is issued by the Badan Standardisasi Nasional Indonesia (BSNI), which is the national standardization body of Indonesia.
