Therefore, in our company’s vision we are including the word ‘preferred integrator’ inside and only with good quality can we realize that.
We have times where we overloaded on some jobs and caused our quality and branding wasn’t good enough in the market. The lesson learned is that we cannot damage our reputation just because we want to get a lot of work or revenue by ignoring quality because customers will leave us once our quality is not good
Since then, whatever we do focuses on the quality of our products.
1. We limit the work according to our capabilities
2. We create a special QA and QC team
3. We develop a monitoring process for the materials and services we work on
4. We develop company standards for our products, create SoPs and MoS for what we deliver

Balancing Quality, Cost, and Partnerships in a Competitive Data Center IndustryOur company is well known as one of the data center integrators and we are very focused on what we do. For that, we understand what aspects really need to be concerned in datacenter and how to maintain quality, complete the work on time. But due to the acceleration of digital technology development, many competitors who do not understand the situation try to enter the same business and end up making prices low so that it will be difficult to maintain good quality and timeline if we continue to force it.
And the first that we are doing now to reduce the cost is to help the customer to reduce the cost with value engineering to achieve their budget, and we have our own R&D team to improve the effectiveness of works either to safe the manpower cost on the way to do the installation or provide some quality product with cheaper solution. According to information before, we focus on quality and partnership.
Of course providing competitive prices to customers is important, but maintaining relationships, providing good quality service and completing work on time is most important one. Customers will choose suppliers who truly provide the best service, and because of our limitations, we only prioritize our services with customers who prioritize quality.
